I was fortunate to work with the VA-AS group to support me in my academic and athletic journey to the United States. The guidance Hoda and Sasha provided in helping me achieve my goals was extremely beneficial, as I was not aware of the importance of many aspects required to reach my ultimate objective: competing in the NCAA. From the very beginning, Hoda was very persuasive in helping me realize that athletic performance alone was not enough, and that other elements of my application also needed to be strengthened. This became my motivation and driving force moving forward.<\/p>\n
On the athletic side, Hoda and Sasha helped me understand how the process works and advised me appropriately to facilitate my recruitment (showcases, selection to the First Team Prepschool, and multiple awards) with several NCAA programs and coaches.<\/p>\n
